Where thoughts meet paper and everything in between.

ECHO - A repeated sound. A reflection of what was and a continuation of what will be. Heaven echos the holiness of god. Earth echos everything else.

We all echo something. We echo past experiences, memories, failures, and successes. We sound like what we have been through and where we want to be. We hear what is comfortable, and we reflect what we ingest. Eternal Echo was initially birthed in 2020 during the long months of quarantine. I had much time to think through what I believed and write it all down. Here are the edits of those past writings and more that have come since then. After a long break from writing, some trauma, and lots of healing, I am back. This space has always held a way for me to process what goes on in my mind and discover where God was through all of it. I hope my words will heal in the areas you connect with and constantly remind each reader and me that God was indeed there all along; it just took a while for our eyes to catch up. I hope to echo the words and experiences of Heaven here on earth. This blog is not a pointless one-sided opinion but a way to challenge and stir up thoughts and questions for the only one with all the answers. Jesus, not me. Lol. I plan to tell the stories of my healing journey...good news, I'll never run out of material! :) Healing is lifelong, and I appreciate you wanting to be a part of mine.

"Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless." -Mother Teresa

Words

Transcending, emotional, life and death, evil, complicated, joy, misunderstood, argumentative, theatrical, creative. Each of these words made you think a particular thought and feel a specific emotion. Incredible right? And precisely the impact and power of words. If I say, “Being creative with words is fun,” you get the point, but what if I say, “I have discovered a profound truth about the power of words and their ability to destroy or heal their readers.” One is plain, and one is captivating. This is what I aim to do. Captivate, help point to the one who heals, and through my experiences, bring to light some of the pains we all go through in hopes of connection, redemption, and hope for the future. None of this is possible without a revelation of who Jesus is and what he did for us all. But we will get to all of that. Thank you for being here, thank you for reading. I pray each word meets you right where you’re at and you find hope in someone bigger than us all.
